The DAY ONE registration process and EVERY DAY pick up process will include using transportation to/from Fort O'Brien by School Bus. This process is meant to alleviate potential hazards that may occur due to increased traffic because of VBS. Please check if you grant permission to the participating churches to transport the children in my family to/from the Fort O'Brien School and the Larrabee Baptist Church in Machiasport during the week of VBS. I hereby grant the participating churches * to record sounds, images and videos of my child while attending the VBS program. I also give permission for the churches at their sole discretion to use these sounds, images or videos in publications (including print, websites, and social media platforms) owned by the participating churches in relation to the VBS program. * Larrabee Baptist Church, Head of the Harbor Church, Machias Christian Fellowship, Grace Christian Church, Lubec Christian Temple.
